Welcome to our New Year's Retreat where we offer you an invitation to pause, to step away from the noise of the celebrations outside and, instead, celebrate inwardly. To reflect with gratitude, release what no longer serves us, and open clarity to what lies ahead.
Our time together will be a balance of movement and rest, reflection and intention. Through yoga, breathwork, meditation and community, we create a ritual of letting go, while planting seeds of intention for the year to come.
