In Ayurveda, food is much more than nutrition — it is medicine, energy, and consciousness. How we eat is as important as what we eat. When we bring mindfulness to our meals, every bite becomes an act of self-love and connection.

Ayurveda teaches us to eat with presence: to honor the colors, textures, aromas, and the life force (prana) in our food. By slowing down, we awaken Agni — the inner digestive fire — allowing body, mind, and spirit to receive true nourishment.

During this retreat, we’ll explore the art of mindful eating through Ayurvedic wisdom, conscious cooking, and daily rituals that restore balance and harmony. You’ll learn to listen to your body’s natural intelligence, to choose foods that support your unique dosha, and to turn every meal into a moment of awareness, gratitude, and joy.

Friday – Arrival & Grounding

A grounding ceremony to connect with your heart and set intentions for purification and renewal.

A soft grounding practice to balance Vata dosha, release travel fatigue, and land in your body.

Light, warm, and nourishing — made with Ayurvedic spices to support digestion and calm the nervous system.

20:00 — Evening Ritual: Fire & Herbs Purification
Cleansing with sound, mantra, and herbal smoke to clear energetic stagnation and awaken subtle awareness.

Saturday – Awaken Agni (Digestive Fire) & Conscious Nourishment

Start the day with gentle breathwork and reflection to set up your intentions.

09:00 — Yoga for Agni & Vitality
A dynamic yet mindful flow focusing on twists and forward folds to stimulate digestion and detoxification.

Warm, grounding plant-based meal with fresh herbal infusions and digestive spices.

12:30–13:30 Conscious Eating Coaching Circle
Ayurveda and Mindfulness— tuning into hunger, emotion, and intuition. The connection between the 5 elements and food

14:30 — Ayurvedic Cooking Workshop: Conscious & Healing Food
Learn how to prepare simple, balancing meals — exploring the six tastes (Shad Rasa) and principles of sattvic eating.

Swim, rest in nature, journal, or receive a healing massage.

17:30 — Yin Yoga & Deep Relaxation
Soothe the nervous system and integrate the day’s teachings with restorative postures and Yoga Nidra.
