At Alaya, you are free to arrive any day of the week and stay for as many days as you wish. We always have a daily yoga program running, so you can join at any time and create your own perfect retreat rhythm.

We offer several transformative activities with our horses including Meditation with Horses, Healing with Horses, Equine Coaching, and Reiki for Horses, experiences that many of our guests describe as life-changing highlights of their stay.

You can also customize your stay by adding sessions from our comprehensive and highly praised Wellness Program, which offers a wide range of holistic treatments and experiences, including many type of massages, ayurvedic treatments, facials, energy healing, Reiki, bio-resonance healing, personal coaching sessions, cacao ceremonies, breathwork, and sound healing.
