Alaya Gift Voucher Policy:
• Gift vouchers are available for 1-day or half-day experiences at Alaya.
• They can be purchased until January 7, 2025, and used throughout 2025 and 2026, depending on the type of voucher.
• Vouchers must be booked in advance and are subject to availability at the time of reservation.
• Not valid for special retreats (New Year’s, San Juan, Easter, etc.).
• Vouchers are personal and non-refundable, but may be transferred to another person with prior notification to Alaya.
• Not combinable with other promotions or discounts.
• In case of loss or theft, the voucher cannot be replaced.
• It is recommended to book at least 10 days in advance to secure a spot on the desired retreat.
