Check in - Rooms will be ready from 15.00 but please let us know if you will be arriving early so we can coordinate access before.
18:00 Restorative yoga practice (grounding).
Optional walk through vineyards.
20:00 Dinner served with welcome local Penedès cava.
DAY 2 (FRIDAY)
SACRAL
09:00 Vinyasa yoga practice (hip opening)
11:00 Brunch
12:00 Siesta or pool time. Optional healing treatments such as Reiki, massage, sound baths, coaching, etc. (Not included).
18:00 Hatha yoga practice (core strength).
20:00 Dinner
21:00 Journaling and sharing circle.
DAY 3 (SATURDAY)

08:00 Heart-centered hike to waterfalls with Vinyasa yoga (heart opening), and picnic lunch.
13:00 Siesta or pool time. Optional healing treatments such as Reiki, massage, sound baths, coaching, etc. (Not included).
18:00 Yin/Restorative yoga practice (backbends)
20:00 Dinner
