DAY 1 (THURSDAY)
ROOT
Check in - Rooms will be ready from 15.00 but please let us know if you will be arriving early so we can coordinate access before.
- 18:00 Restorative yoga practice (grounding).
- Optional walk through vineyards.
- 20:00 Dinner served with welcome local Penedès cava.
DAY 2 (FRIDAY)
SACRAL
- 09:00 Vinyasa yoga practice (hip opening)
- 11:00 Brunch
- 12:00 Siesta or pool time. Optional healing treatments such as Reiki, massage, sound baths, coaching, etc. (Not included).
- 18:00 Hatha yoga practice (core strength).
- 20:00 Dinner
- 21:00 Journaling and sharing circle.
DAY 3 (SATURDAY)
ANAHATA
- 08:00 Heart-centered hike to waterfalls with Vinyasa yoga (heart opening), and picnic lunch.
- 13:00 Siesta or pool time. Optional healing treatments such as Reiki, massage, sound baths, coaching, etc. (Not included).
- 18:00 Yin/Restorative yoga practice (backbends)
- 20:00 Dinner
DAY 4 (SUNDAY)
THIRD EYE+CROWN
- 09:00 Vinyasa Yoga practice (inversions)
- 11:00 Brunch
- 12:00 Siesta or Pool time. Optional healing treatments such as Reiki, massage, sound baths, coaching, etc (Not included)
