• 17:00 pm intro circle + restorative yoga practice (grounding)

• 20:00 pm dinner served with local penedes wine

• after dinner: optional walk through vineyards

DAY 2 (FRIDAY)

SACRAL

• 8:30 am morning yin yoga practice (hip opening)

• 11:00 am brunch

• SOLAR PLEXUS

• 12:00 pm after bunch: optional siesta/pool time or healing treatments like reiki, massage, sound baths, coaching etc ( not included)

• 17:00 pm vinyasa yoga practice (strength/core)

• 19:00 pm light dinner served with white wine

• 21:00 pm sharing circle around the fire

DAY 3 (SATURDAY)

ANAHATA

• 8:30 am hatha yoga practice (heart opening)

• 11:00 am breakfast smoothie

• 12:00 pm heart-centred hike to waterfalls, connecting to nature, picnic lunch served there

• 15:00 pm/after lunch: optional siesta/pool time or healing treatments like reiki, massage, sound baths, coaching etc ( not included)

THROAT

• 17:00 pm hatha yoga practice (back bends)

• 20:00 pm light dinner

DAY 4 (SUNDAY)

THIRD EYE+CROWN

• 8.30 am elevating vinyasa yoga practice (inversions)

• 12:00 am brunch served with local cava/mimosa

• after brunch: free time optional healing treatments like reiki, massage, sound baths, coaching etc ( not included)
